What’s the best way to get started?
We recommend starting with “The Baseline” for most new clients.
If you’ve already done similar labs or only need insight into one system, “Lab Insights” may be a good fit.
If you’re ready for ongoing support and accountability, “Regulated Reset” offers structured care.
Still unsure? Reach out—we’re happy to guide you.
What do your labs consist of? How do I get them done?
Functional medicine lab kits are delivered to your door with full instructions for easy at-home testing.
For bloodwork, we’ll support you in finding a local phlebotomist to come to your home or a nearby blood draw center. (Note: phlebotomy fees are not included—typically $25–$100.)
Gut testing is a self-collected stool sample completed at home.
What does each panel cover?
Bloodwork:
Our comprehensive blood panel is one of the most in-depth available in functional medicine. It’s designed to uncover root causes across hormones, thyroid, inflammation, nutrients, metabolic markers, and more.
Includes markers for:
– Thyroid function: TSH, Free T3, Free T4, Total T3 & T4, Anti-TPO, Anti-TG
– Sex & adrenal hormones: Estradiol, Progesterone, LH, FSH, DHEA-S, Cortisol, Pregnenolone, Prolactin, Testosterone panel
– Nutrient status: Ferritin, Iron, Folate, Vitamin D, B12, B3, B6, Vitamin C, Magnesium, Zinc, Copper
– Blood sugar: Fasting glucose, Insulin, A1c, Beta cell function, Leptin
– Inflammation & cardiovascular markers: hs-CRP, Homocysteine, ox-LDL, Lipid panel
– Liver, kidney & metabolic function: CMP, CBC with differential & platelets
– Autoimmunity screen: ANA IFA Panel
This helps us identify imbalances often missed in conventional testing and build targeted protocols based on your unique biology.
Gut Panel:
Our comprehensive stool test evaluates:
– Bacterial imbalance (dysbiosis)
– Candida / fungal overgrowth
– Parasites or pathogens
– Digestive enzyme output
– Inflammation
– Short-chain fatty acids
– Gut barrier integrity (“leaky gut”)
Even clients without digestive symptoms often have gut imbalances that influence mood, energy, skin, immune function, and stress response.
HTMA (Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis):
HTMA is a non-invasive mineral assessment that helps us understand your body’s internal “terrain,” including:
– Stress response + nervous system load
– Mineral status + depletion patterns (Mg, Na, K, Ca, Zn, Cu)
– Blood sugar + energy regulation trends
– Thyroid + metabolic pace indicators
– Detox + toxin burden clues (heavy metals)
– Mood-related mineral patterns tied to neurotransmitter support + inflammation
HTMA is especially helpful for clients who feel wired-but-tired, anxious, overstimulated, burnt out, or not responding to supplements as expected.
